Near is Lamberghini roll, and back is Deliverance roll. Deliverance was pulled pork with slaw on top wrapped and fried in rice paper. Both of these were at Cowfish in Charlotte. Cowfish specializes in sushi and gourmet burgers. Hopefully they will get larger and go national cause the food was creative and amazing.
