Spent over a week here, and went on some day trips into Canada. Very nice people and great food.

Mommy and Daddy caught up on a lot of work, because it was raining and cold all week. Found a great little hole in the wall, The Polish Kitchen, and had some great food.

Leaving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and stopped at this neat little island in the middle of Lake Huron.

We left Wisconsin and headed further north around Lake Michigan and into the Upper Peninsula.

Returning home to both of our hometowns. We grew up two towns over and met in St. Petersburg. Was great to see friends, family, eat beefs, go out, and eat move beefs. Did we mention we ate beefs? No really … Continue reading →

Stopped by to visit Sal and Jules in Whiting, Indiana. This town is right on the base of Lake Michigan and about 40 Minutes from Chicago.

Stopped by Bloomington Indiana to visit friends Ben and Ellen. This little gem of a town in the south east section of the state really impressed us. The area was very hilly and had a North Carolina feel but was … Continue reading →
